SUMMARY
The office administrator/bookkeeper will report directly to the Service Manager, General Manager, and President. This is a full-time position with work between three potential locations.
Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to: • Bookkeeping - familiarity with Quickbooks • AP and AR processing • Some HR responsibilities • Some Parts ordering/tracking • Payroll Support • Bank account deposits/accounting • Some travel between locations // Reimbursable Mileage Rates
Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and training.
