Employment: Office Administrators/Bookkeepers - 2 Full-time positions $15.00 - $25.00 an hour

SUMMARY

The office administrator/bookkeeper will report directly to the Service Manager, General Manager, and President. This is a full-time position with work between three potential locations.

Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:
• Bookkeeping - familiarity with Quickbooks
• AP and AR processing
• Some HR responsibilities
• Some Parts ordering/tracking
• Payroll Support
• Bank account deposits/accounting
• Some travel between locations // Reimbursable Mileage Rates

Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and training.

Qualifications

• Data entry proficiency
• Successful relevant experience in a fast-paced environment helpful.
• Ability to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• High School Diploma or GED/college coursework a plus, QuickBooks familiarity
• Valid driver’s license
• Microsoft Office experience and knowledge.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen
• Willingness to work Saturdays
